Italy's most prize-winning sparkling wines

It was in 1906 that Ferrari obtained its first,
prestigious prize, the Gold Medal at the
International Exhibition in Milan. Since then,
there has been a succession of accolades
that have rewarded the company's dedicated
insistence on uncompromising quality. Ferrari
was Vinitaly's "Legend of the 40th Anniversary",
has won the Wine Oscar of the
Italian Sommeliers' Association no less than
four times and - every year - receives the
highest ratings from all the major wine guides,
including the Gambero Rosso's "Three Glasses",
with the following suggestion from that Guide:
"Enjoy the best sparkling wine in Italy, which
is also one of the best in the world".
