In 1952 Bruno Lunelli took over the
company founded by Giulio Ferrari in 1902.
Since 1969 the company’s fortunes
have been in the hands of the three
brothers, Gino, Mauro and Franco.
In 2005 there was a change of generation,
bringing the three grandchildren, Marcello,
Matteo and Camilla, to the helm.
This new passing of the baton reflected,
however, the spirit of continuity and
attachment to the philosophy of quality
that the firm had pursued for over a century.
Quality, at Ferrari, means attentive and total
control of the entire process from the
vineyard to the table; strict adherence
to the Metodo Classico as the only
production technique and an indissoluble
link with the territory of Trentino
(with its extraordinary vocation for viticulture),
which is the source of all the grapes that
are destined to become
Ferrari’s Trento D.O.C. sparkling wines.
