A visit to Cantine Ferrari is a voyage into the
very heart of the Italian sparkling wine tradition,
a fascinating journey that allows one to follow
the magical transformation of Chardonnay from
the Trentino hills into an effervescent golden
wine. The visitor is greeted by a masterpiece
by Arnaldo Pomodoro, whose sculpture
“Centenarium Ferrari” stands proudly at the
entrance to the winery, and hen proceeds
underground along lengthy corridors full of bottles
and pupitres,here silence and darkness are the
only companions of the wines as they undergo
their long sojourn on their lees. The visit to Italy’s
largest Metodo Classico cellars concludes with a
raised glass in Ferrari Incontri, our hospitality
premises where one can purchase any of the
Lunelli Group’s products.
Visits are free of charge and can be made from
Monday to Saturday throughout the year,
and on Sundays in December.
