Forbes.com, the on-line publication of the prestigious American magazine receives 10 million visitors per month, and has dedicated positive attention to highlighting the Ferrari Perlé in the much anticipated "great value sparkling wines" feature article. Contributing Editor to Forbes for food, wine and travel, Miss Katie Kelly Bell stresses the pleasure and versatility of bottle-fermented sparkling wines: “I encourage you to make bubbles a part of your week all year long; why save all the pleasure only for when you feel like celebrating? It’s also important to note that bubbles go well with an astonishing array of foods, so when in doubt, go with fizz”.  She proudly recommends Ferrari Perlé on the coveted list of “great value sparkling wines,” commenting that Ferrari Perle is “Crafted from 100% Chardonnay this Italian sparkler’s finesse and elegance calls to mind the shapely curves of a Ferrari. The nose combines fresh-cut apple laced with lemon zest and rounder toasty baked bread notes”.

Fashionable bubbles in Iceland are Ferrari bubbles and this is yet more evidence of the prestige and consideration the Trentino winery is acquiring beyond the Italian borders. High up in the North, people who love good wine never miss Vinotek (www.vinotek.is), whose experts each year proclaim  “the wine of the year”, a title which, in 2011, has gone to Ferrari Maximum Brut, thus enriching the already extensive list of laurels it already boasts also abroad. And Steingrimur Sigurgeirsson, the heart and soul of Vinotek, was not sparing in his praises of the Maximum Brut. “We are very fortunate indeed,” he wrote, “to have these bubbles in Iceland…”

Ferrari never misses a grand occasion. And at the football world cup being held in South Africa, the Trentino bubbles are among the protagonists at the home of the Italian team, the showcase of Italian Style excellence. Ferrari is represented by two of its labels: Brut and Rosé. And it was with a magnum of Ferrari Brut that the Azzurri - the Italian team - celebrated on the pitch of the Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid after winning the World Cup in 1982 and again in Germany in 2006 when Italy celebrated its fourth world cup title.

According to the American experts, Trentodoc bubbles are great and the best of them are made by Ferrari. The opinions and scores expressed by Wine Enthusiast are so flattering for Ferrari that we cannot be anything but proud. We have to say that Wine Enthusiast is one of the most prestigious and diffuse wine magazines in the States. It is, to give you the idea, the second in the USA with regard to credibility and charisma: second only to Wine Spectator. In the latest issue, July 2009, Wine Enthusiast dedicated several pages to the Trentodoc sparkling wines and Ferrari also probably thanks, to a in-depth wine-tasting guided, several weeks ago, by Marcello Lunelli, vice-president and technical director of Ferrari. A real triumph, because all its labels taken into consideration by Wine Enthusiast have gained the approval and very high scores. To start with, and could not have been any other way, the Giulio Ferrari 1999 which with a score of 93 took first place. Preceding the Perlé 2002 and the Perlé Rosé 2003 which were awarded a score of 91 and the Ferrari Brut and Ferrari Rosé which were given 90, an extremely high score for labels that are so widespread.
